From Lunarpages Web Hosting Wiki
Jump to: navigation, search

All billing is handled at Lunarpages automatically using the billing method you have on record for your web hosting account. If your billing method (such as PayPal, credit card, ect) have not changed, you have nothing to worry about. You will not need to do anything unless you need to change your payment details or cancel your account. All accounts are set to auto renew as per the terms of service.

Please see our Terms of Service:

Wish to Cancel or Change Billing Method on Record?

If you do not want your site to be auto renewed, you will need to send an email to billing@lunarpages.com requesting a change or put in a help desk ticket. You will then receive an email before your account expires and you must make arrangements to pay the account.

If you would like to cancel your account, please check this previous wiki post:

Was Your Hosting Account Billed Early?

We make this charge to your account 14 days before the account is due to expire. However, your account cycle still reflects the renewal date, and not the date you paid the account. The reason we do this is to avoid any downtime of your site. In case there is a billing problem on your account, then this gives you time to update payment methods or make arrangements.

You can always review your bills (paid for and due) on the Customer Account Page:

Just click on the "Pay Bills" link at the top, and you can review all of your bills in our records. Bills that are due will show up with a Bill Status of 'Due', marked in red, and will automatically be selected/checked for payment. You may also pay any other bills ahead of time by selecting them as well.
