The LPCP has an excellent backup manager that will assist you in keeping your web site files, databases, and account status backed up. It is always important to have a backup handy, just in case the worst might happen. To access your backup settings, login to your LPCP and click on the Backup/Restore Account icon under the Tools group of icons.

Database and E-mail Backups: The LPCP interface does not backup MySQL databases or e-mails. Databases will need to be backed up via the export function within phpMyAdmin (for MySQL databases) or phpPgAdmin (for PostgreSQL databases).
