Having issues with your web site? If needed, you can get your web site restored from one of our backups. We charge $75.00 (per hour with the one hour minimum) to retrieve contents from our backup tapes. If you wish to restore, please get us the following information.

How to Request a Regular Backup Restore

To request a regular restore, please e-mail the following into sales@lunarpages.com or put in a new Help Desk ticket.

In addition to the verification information above, we will also require:

• the exact optimal time for the backup to obtain given in Pacific timezone (example, best backup on May 31 2005 at 8:00am Pacific or earlier)
• the exact file(s) or folder(s) needing restored using the path to those file(s) or folder(s)
• the database name(s) if any database(s) are needing to be restored
• whether you would like the current file(s), folder(s), database(s), or whatever is being restored to be overwritten by the restored file or whether you would like us to create a new folder to place the restored contents

Please Note: Backups are only kept on the tapes for three days, so the more quickly we obtain the relevant and necessary details, the less likely the backup will be removed from our tapes. Please note that if your restore request is for contents over three to five days old, the probability it is on our backups is very low, although you can still request that we check to see if it might be available.

You may also want to look into adding the Premium Restore Service to your account for the next time you need a restore to be done.
