Canceling Your Order

How can you cancel your web hosting order? Hopefully you'll never have to do that! If you do feel like leaving us though you may do so at anytime. If you are within the money back period, we will refund the entire amount, less any set up fees or domain registration fees. If you are outside money back period we can cancel your account for you so it does not auto renew at the end of your term, but no refund will be issued.

Please send an email to billing@lunarpages.com with the following information:

  • Primary Domain:
  • Last 4 digits of the credit card on this account for ownership verification
  • Reason You Wish to Cancel:

If you do not have a credit card on record then please provide:

  • Primary Domain:
  • User Name:
  • Postal Address:
  • Phone Number:
  • First/Last Characters of Password:
  • Reason You Wish to Cancel:

You can also get this done by putting in a Help Desk ticket to our billing department.
