How to Use the Help Desk
Lunarpages provides a help desk for customers to discuss issues one on one with our support teams. Our main focus to to take of you personally with 24-7 award winning help, and the help desk is one of the many tools we use.

How do you register to use the help desk?
You must first register, before you can use the help desk interface. You can register for a help desk account here:
You can also login using an OpenID.
What if I forgot my password?
If you ever forget or misplace your password, it is easy to recover. Please use the forgotten password wizard here:
Important things to remember:
- Please note, your help desk user name and password, and your hosting account user name and password are not related.
- Also, be sure to use an e-mail account, when registering for a help desk account or submitting a ticket, that is not related to any domains you are hosting with us.
- When you e-mail us using one of our e-mail addresses, such as email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org, you will be automatically creating a help desk ticket associated with that e-mail address in our help desk.
