Payment Options

We accept payment by check, money order, e-checks, PayPal or credit card. Here at Lunarpages we like to be very flexible when it comes to the type of payment method you would like to use. We understand that one payment plan does not fit all so we are willing to work with you by offering multiple payment options.

In addition to the above payment methods, we are pleased to be able to offer you over 20 more payment options using PayByCash.

To see which methods you qualify for, simply complete our online order form and choose the PayByCash option in the drop down menu. Based on your location, we will immediately let you know the payment types you can use! Not all payment methods are available for each region, so the only way to check for sure would be to use the Online order form.

If you are getting errors when signing up with one payment method, you may want to check these things out:

• Does My Contact and Billing Information Match?
• Did I Type in All the Information Correctly?

If you are still having problems, you may need to switch to a different payment method.

Need to Change Your Payment Options?

Lunarpages understands that you may need to change your payment options from time to time and we make it really easy to do. You may login and change your billing information in your Customer Account Page under Billing/Contact Information. You will need to know the old credit card number to verify for security before you can change it.

You can also hit the link at the bottom of the Billing/Contact Information page to do this too. It reads, "Click here to change your payment type". Click it, and then hit the check mark box for "Would you like to update your payment method?" and the web page should walk you through the rest of the process.

Alternately, you can send an email to billing@lunarpages.com or put in a help desk ticket with your name, primary domain, timezone and telephone number and we can call you to make this change.
