Uploading JSP Help
Where do I upload my JSPs to?
Simply upload your JSP file into your public_html directory and Resin will pick-up the JSP file and serve them as they are requested. Updates to existing JSP files will also be picked-up automatically by Resin.
Where do I upload my servlets to?
Servlets should be uploaded into WEB-INF/classes within the public_html directory. While on most times .java files in the WEB-INF/classes directory will be automatically compiled and deployed by Resin, we highly recommend compiling the servlets on your local machine and uploading the compiled .class files only because at high loads, we might need to disable the automatic compiling of servlets. Of course, this will not affect JSP files.
Where do I upload my .jar files to?
You should upload your compiled versions of the .jar files into WEB-INF/lib in the public_html directory. Our servlet runner will expand these .jar files appropriately.
